The Milking Sheds have been recently undergone a luxurious renovation and has a modern, contemporary feel with 2 en-suite bedrooms and adjoining studio. Located at the edge of a charming village, with two excellent pubs, a local shop, post office, chocolate factory and Donkey Sanctuary. Just mins from White Row Farm Shop (listed in the top 30 in the country), Longest Safari park (10 mins) and Bath only 20 mins away. Lots to do locally for all. * Recent upgrade to SpaceX STARLINK* Luxurious Annex barn conversion set in a beautiful rural location at the edge of Rode village, with ample private parking. Guests will find plenty to enjoy locally, along with views from the patio across the paddock to the church and our pet sheep as they munch on grass next to you. The Milking Sheds with 2 double bedrooms and an attached studio with double bed and bed settee, the property sleeps 8 people comfortably with the benefit of 3 ensuite shower rooms. The Milking Sheds has a large social open plan living/dining/kitchen area with fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, underfloor heating, Smart TV and large folding doors to the patio. The studio also has a Kitchenette and direct access to the patio. Outside, the patio has comfortable furniture where you can sit, eat and drink. We've resently added a firepit/brazier so that guests can enjoy the outside space for longer. We are away from light polution so on clear nights guests can enjoy star gazing from the patio. The Milking Sheds are an Annex to our family home, but are completely self contained and private. The property has it’s own entrance, which is accessed from the covered Car Port. There is also access to EV charging in this area (by prior arrangement and at a cost) and a Chest Freezer. *Please note: Due to being remote, we have CCTV covering the car port and driveway for our own and our guests security. We have 2 very friendly senior Golden Retrievers who live on site with us and love to say hi to guests and visitors. If dogs are not your thing, and we respect that for some this is the case, we have fitted a gate to the side of the property and post and rail fencing around the patio. We also have pet sheep who graze in the paddock behind the property. We do not accept Pets and are also a Non-Smoking Property, in order to maintain an comfortable environment for guests with Allergies. This is not a party venue and only confirmed guests are permitted to stay. We hope that you enjoy the outside space but ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 11pm.
