Comfortable 3-bedroom townhouse near Alton Towers

I am offering my beautiful townhouse located in UTTOXETER Staffordshire. There are 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 guests set over 3 floors. The vibrant town of Uttoxeter is perfect to stay in to get to places such as ALTON TOWERS (9 miles away), JCB, The Peak District & Uttoxeter racecourse. My homely townhouse has a cosy cottage feel with a modern twist offering a spacious area perfect for families. As this is a Victorian townhouse the 2 stair cases are quite steep! This Airbnb is SELF CHECK IN. Guests will have full use of this entire clean and comfortable 3 bedroom house with one full bathroom and a downstairs small WC. 1 x small parking space outside of the house. Please see picture to see size. The house is smoke and pet free please. Fresh milk in the fridge and complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate is provided upon check in. Check in will be self check in. With the keys located inside of a lock box attached to the front of the house. Central heating is throughout the house. ONE x Small parking space is located outside the house and is marked on the road. Just to be aware this is a smallish space and the street is narrow so take care when parking up. Complimentary tea and coffee and fresh milk in the fridge on arrival is provided. Bed linen and baths for each guest are also provided. The front door leads directly into the living area which offers a 50 inch smart TV and an electric fire place along with comfortable seating. The dining/family area offers a 6 person dining table and an additional high table with two bar stools. Guests will have access to the full kitchen, offering a gas hob and oven. A fully sized fridge/freezer is provided guests along with a dishwasher with dish washer tablets provided. Kettle, toaster, full utensils, crockery, pots and pans are all provided to enable guests to cook meals. Along with a full set of glass tumblers, wine and prosecco glasses. Next to the kitchen area there is a small utility area offering a free washing machine and a dryer along with a toilet and a small hand basin. Washing tablets are provided for you to use. The upstairs main bathroom is a spacious area offering a large corner bath and walk in double shower with complimentary Taylor of London toiletries for guests to use. Along with a toilet, and hand basin/vanity unit. There is a double bedroom on the first floor along with a second bedroom with two singles beds with clothing storage. The third bedroom located on the second floor has a lower ceiling and a sky light window on one part of the bedroom. This bedroom has a extra wardrobe area attached to it for clothing and suitcase storage with a clothes rail and suitcase stand provided. This bedroom has a 30 inch smart TV for guests to use. Guests will have outside access to the small back yard which has a small two seater patio set. The yard has a low wall so next doors house is visible. Whole house and back yard to yourself. Guests have ONE parking space which is outside of the house. More details of this will be provided once guests have made reservation. There is additional parking for other vehicles further up the road and around the corner on the main road which is approx a 1.5 minutes walk away, again more details will be provided before guest arrive. Check-in is SELF CHECK-IN and the keys will be stored in a key lock. More details on this will be provided. Available for questions via phone, text or email. My house is located in a quiet residential area of the market town of Uttoxeter. Only 0.7 miles away from the town center which offers an array of shops, cafes and a choice of restaurants, bars and pubs. There are a wide variety of local takeaways to pick from if you prefer to order in! The town center is walkable or there is an option for paid parking. There are a choice of super markets close by, Tesco is walking distance, there is also a Waitrose, Asda and Aldi all close by. Uttoxeter race course is 0.8 miles away and is walkable or free parking at the race course. Places of interest close to Uttoxeter, Peak wildlife park, Alton towers, Trentham gardens, Trentham monkey forest, Water world, The Peak District, Chatsworth house, JCB, & Uttoxeter golf course. Most of our guests will arrive by car. However there is Uttoxeter train platform 0.7 miles away from the property. There is a local taxi firm to assist you with arriving at the house - Uttoxeter taxis. There is a bus station in Uttoxeter with links to Stafford, Derby, Stoke on Trent & Burton upon Trent. Cleanliness is taken very seriously, the entire house will be cleaned throughly between guests to preserve the safety of our guests.
