My place is 5 blocks from Geneva College and 5 miles from the Pittsburgh Race Complex. It is set in a quiet neighborhood on an acre of lawn. You’ll love my place because of the clean and redecorated spaces with comfy mattresses and quality linens. Each room has its own set of unique furniture. Two rooms are available. Indicate the total number of guests as you make your reservation. My place is good for most all travelers. The private bedrooms are on the second floor of the Cape-Cod style home. There is a balcony overlooking the great room below. The guests share the bathroom in the hall between the two bedrooms. Each room was redecorated in June, 2019 and are fresh with updated décor and family heirlooms. Each piece has its own story. The property is on an acre with a variety of trees in the yard that we have lovingly planted over the years. Several beds of perennials surround the home with a naturalized bed all along the back of the yard. Guests are welcome to explore the shady lot. In addition to the entryway and personal space of the bedrooms, guests are welcome to use the electric traveling cooler in the bedroom. Kitchen appliances are for owner's use only. Guests are welcome to walk around the property outside and enjoy the natural environment. We love getting to know our guests, so you are welcome to chat when your schedule allows. But during the Covid restrictions, we will wear masks and social distance. Other times we may have responsibilities that take us out and about, so we may not always be in the home. Our neighborhood is residential and quiet. The College is 3 blocks away, but there is plenty of space for walking/running in the neighborhood. Businesses within walking distance include 1. dress shop (Cohill Fashions) 2. fast food and convenience store items at Sheetz 3. Hair America and Tangles hair salons 4. Beaver Falls Coffee and Tea 5. Pizza Joe's 6. Korean Food 7. Wings and Things 8. Oram's Donut Shop (1 mile) Walmart and lots more shopping and restaurants are less than 5 miles away. Beaver County Transit Bus Service has a stop 1 block from our place. If questions or problems arise, please do not hesitate to communicate with us. We want your stay to be comfortable in all ways. Please let us know if something goes wrong in the bathroom or the TV, for example. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am though a train may rumble by along the river behind and below the house.
