Nestled along the Wenatchee River just a few miles east of Leavenworth, River Park Place offers a fully furnished one bedroom one bath condo for your comfort. We provide a great home base for your adventure; whether to Leavenworth or recreation. It's a quiet location right on the river. It's a nice location for exploring the whole area. You get the beauty and peace of the river front without the crowds of Leavenworth. You may want to relax in the common space provided for you too~ - riverside fire pit - patio - picnic- or just outside the door enjoying the view. Covered picnic shelter, Fire pit, River; Free Wi-Fi, Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Twin Size Hide-a-bed; some games, some books... Close to Leavenworth! Only as much as you need me... Of course it's a condo so your neighbors are owners and neighbors; they're happy to meet you but will leave you to your business as well. I get feedback from them that you are quite nice people! We do experience some trespassing as people try to use our property to access the river so a neighbor may ask who you are or what unit you are in. Across from an Elementary school and 2 churches within a block... it's a nice quiet place. There's a local library just down the street too! Public transportation within walking distance. The condo is actually quite quiet. Close to Public Transit... the bus shelter is just a half a block away, in front of the Library. LINK Transit is free and offers quite a schedule.
