Nestled in the heart of Suffolk County, this private house offers the comforts of being at home. Our guests are afforded the privacy they require, and help, if needed. We are willing to be accommodating to all reasonable requests to make stays pleasant and pleasurable. It is about 12-15 minutes to Stony Brook University and Stony Brook Hospital, St. Catherine's Hospital, and conveniently located to beaches, the Hamptons, Long Island vineyards, and New York City. Jake 58 Casino is 5.2 miles away. Smithtown, St. James, and Port Jefferson, from which there is a ferry to Connecticut and Fire Island, are all nearby. There is a private office/study equipped with a printer. We provide transportation on date of check in for guests who take the LIRR Ronkonkoma Line. Guests have access to a private library and sitting room, in addition a triple deck leading to the outdoors. I enjoy socializing with guests but i’m mindful of the importance of their privacy. I’m able to respond to questions via text, call, and email. The neighborhood is made up of Colonial houses in the Village of Lake Grove. It is a very safe, quiet neighborhood. There is public transportation to Stony Brook University and Stony Brook Hospital from Smith Haven Mall.
