Private apartment, right off of I-68

Conveniently located off of I-68, exit 4. You have access to a private, well lit, basement apartment with a private entrance. 1 double bed. Laundry room. Bathroom with shower. Small workspace/table. Keurig. Mini fridge. Microwave. The apartment is a finished basement of our house. You will enter the apartment by going into the backyard, using steps to the private entrance to the basement. You will need to walk on our deck, grass, and a small flight of concrete stairs to access. All is lit with motion sensor lights. The door to enter the apartment is in the right, rear corner of our house. We have 3 adorable, friendly cats upstairs. You won’t have direct contact with them. However, they might meow a friendly hello through the windows. 1 spot at the end of our driveway. Shared big back yard. Private basement apartment with private entrance, including double bed, laundry room and bathroom. With the private entrance to the apartment, I usually have very little to no interaction with guests. I am easy to contact through the app, if you need anything! We are located in a quiet neighborhood one exit away from the WVU football stadium and less than 5 miles to downtown. Within 20 minutes of everything Morgantown has to offer! Uber or driving is the best transportation for guests. A TV without cable is in the room for your entertainment. Just sign into your favorite streaming app to enjoy!
