A private room located next to a bathroom for your use and convenience. The room has a closet and dresser available for use as well as a very comfortable bed. The room is located in the home but does have a seperate entrance available if it's prefered to not go through the whole house. Guest can park on the side road and enter the door at the back of the house. There is a small walk through a hallway that will be accessed by the household. I ask that there is no smoking/drinking and quite after 10:00 pm. Through the basement door, the rented bedroom and bathroom. I can be reached via text, email, or Mobile. I reside at the residence as well and am available that way as well. The home is located in a residential neighborhood that is Pretty centrally located and is very close to Highway 89 and I15 for quick access and shorter drive times. Its a 30 min drive to Snowbasin, 53 min drive to Powder Mountain, 9 mins. to the Davis Conference Center, 9 mins to Lagoon Amusement park, 5 mins to Relaxation Fitness ( yoga Studio ), 2 mins from The Vasa Fitness Center, 27 mins from downtown Slc. Hill Air Force Base is just 10 Minutes away. There are 2 shopping malls close by as well. There is a UTA Bus pick up just 2 mins east of the home making getting around quite easy.
