Winterport Evergreen Farm - Guest Quarters.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this beautiful, non smoking property overlooking Partridge Hill in Winterport, Maine. We offer the perfect spot for nature lovers and couples! Relax around the fire pit or enjoy your private deck overlooking our small Christmas tree farm. This property has woodland trails that cover 200+ acres. We are 20 minutes from Belfast and Bangor and an hour from Acadia National Park. After a day at the coast or hiking, unwind by making a meal in our well appointed kitchen. Guests can expect to enjoy a fully furnished, private apartment that has one of the best views Winterport has to offer. Our newly constructed guest quarters are equipped with stainless appliances, a gas fireplace, AC, 2-HD televisions, outside grill, furnished patio, internet and all the creature comforts of a home away from home. Our guests will have ample separate, private parking. We are 30 minutes from Bangor International Airport and a mere 15 minutes from Interstate 95. We are centrally located to numerous destinations of interest such as Acadia National Park, Camden, Belfast, and the greater mid-coast region of Maine. My husband, Sean, and I live in the main farmhouse and the guest quarters are nearby on the same property. I will be available to answer questions in person (usually) or by text. Our guest quarters overlook a picturesque, farm country setting in rural Winterport. From your space, you will see our small Christmas tree farm set amongst beautifully maintained fields and woodlands. We are centrally located between Bangor and Belfast and are a short distance from Acadia National Park. Whether you enjoy the ocean, mountains or lakes we offer a perfect place for you to plan your Maine adventure! Or, enjoy staying on the property and get rejuvenated by experiencing our peaceful countryside home. Our guests will want to have their own transportation. We have plenty of parking. Our farm is located in the country living of 'back Winterport'; While our country setting offers a very desirable ‘getaway’ setting, guests should know that we are about 8-10 miles from the nearest grocery store or retail shopping. The guest quarters features a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals while taking in the beauty of our countryside. In addition to common tourist destinations, Sean and I have suggestions for local attractions. This one bedroom apartment are best suited for 2 adults. If needed, the futon sofa bed in the living room may be used for an extra sleeping space. This living space is not suitable for pets over 25 pounds. If you are interested in bringing your pet, please request this in your initial request to book by including the breed and disposition of your pet; we will then make a decision if our quarters are right for you and your furry loved one. For the safety of your approved pet as well as other animals on the property, pets must be leashed at all times while outside on the Winterport Evergreen Farms land. Additionally, pets are not allowed on furniture/furnishings in the guest quarters; this will minimize wear and tear and to ensure adequate time for cleaning for departing/arriving guests. If pets are left unattended, they are to be left in a crate or kennel. We do offer off-leash exercise options at a nearby 20 acre field that is a 5-10 minute walk away. We do not allow smoking/vaping of any kind inside nor on our deck. However, we have created a patio space as a designated smoking area. Smoking by the fire pit is also permitted (please dispose of all waste)
