Our 40 acres is a small sample of the majestic northern woods. We have a small pond with a fire pit to enjoy the night sky and roast marshmallows. For winter guests we’re <1 mile from a CJ Ramstad/North Shore State Trail entrance! Inside you will have a welcome pack and your key to your room will be on the key rack behind the door. Owners and operators, Beth and Jef will be on the property in the separate basement level to assist with any of your needs during your stay. We are 8 miles West of Two Harbors and the temperature can differ as much as 10-15 degrees warmer off the lake. There can be fog in Tow Harbors and sun at the lodge as our elevation rises quickly even 250 ft from one end of our 40 acres to the other. Although you’ll need a vehicle to get here, once here you’ll want a mountain bike, hiking boots and snowshoes!
