Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Newly refurbished family home in a nice and quiet inner street of Melbourne Western suburb. The house is located in Sunshine North, close by to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport, city, easy access to public transports, supermarkets, local cafes and restaurants. We provide a comfortable stay for groups or singles who enjoys a spacious and quiet place away from the bustling city of Melbourne but also convenient travels to the CBD. Walking into the house is a high ceiling living room opened up to the kitchen and dining area. It is a nice and comfortable communal space with sofa, installed air conditioner/heater and tv for guests to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as microwave, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, fridge, oven, and all basic utensils and condiments. There is a dishwasher beside the sink with washing tablets supplied that is easy to use, eco friendly and will help save you some time cleaning. Down the hall is a walkway to the bedrooms and bathrooms. There are three bedroom, one ensuite bedroom (with bathroom, toilet and walk in wardrobe), bathroom and toilet. The first and second bedroom each has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a double and single bed. The ensuite room consist of a double bunk bed, a double bed and bathroom with toilet and walk in wardrobe. Each bathroom has a standing shower head, a sink and toilet. Clean bath towels and toiletries will also be provided for guests to kindly use. A washing machine and tumble dryer is provided for guests who may be staying longer or for those who needs a quick clean wash. All Guests will have unlimited access to wifi. Parkings are available for guests who are travelling by car. They will have access to the garage and may also park in the driveway or off street. The accomodation is close by to Western freeway. Only 11 mins drive from the Melbourne Tullamarine Airport, 25 mins from Melbourne CBD and 6 mins from Sunshine Hospital. There are also public transports such as bus and trains for guests to take around. Car services such as Taxi, Uber, Didi, Ola are also convenient to pick up and drop off at the accomodation. Before booking please understand that this property is a quiet residential area therefore to be mindful of other houses in the neighborhood, we ask that noises are kept to a minimum after 9pm. There are strictly no parties or events to be held at the house. Penalties apply for not following house rules and complaints from neighbours will result in us having to ask you to leave the property with no refunds.
