The Lilac En-suite is ground floor with cream silky carpets and set in a semi secluded area, 5 minutes walk from the coastal path and a secluded bay. It is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens with much flora and fauna and sea views. This part of the Island has it's own micro climate and is referred to as the English Mediterranean. St Lawrence is just 6 mins drive from Ventnor Town where there are many fine eateries. For those that like walking there are many walks in the vicinity. This bedroom is on the ground floor with cream silky carpets and underfloor heating in it's own bathroom. The room is tastefully decorated with double aspect windows and the bed is dressed with fine linen. The property has private parking. I’m always available and enjoy interaction with Guests. The views are awesome. Sea views at the front and fabulously landscaped gardens at the rear. There’s even a luxury hot tub. Car is best and there’s private parking at the property. This is a room only. Breakfast is not available however there is a kitchenette with tea and coffee. It is not designed with the adult market in mind and not geared up to take young children.
