2 bedroom basement in the Black Hills. Located just outside of Spearfish on 3 acres, you have privacy, but are just minutes from downtown. The basement has 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, and a family room equipped with a microwave and mini fridge. If you’re bringing kids, we have a basketball hoop, two-story treehouse (climbing wall - free and available upon request). We have chickens roaming about - feel free to pet, feed, and collect eggs if you so desire!
