Surrounded by many golf courses and fine dining. Fishing and kayaking at its best, with river access provided. One dock space available with two boat launchs nearby. Bon fire pit preprared and ready all year round. we offer a gas barbecue and charcoal barbecue on site. you can stroll among the beautiful gardens and enjoy the spectacular scenery. Located at the very end of a private road, parking on site. We are always reachable via phone call or text. We are very social and friendly, and welcome you to enjoy our space. Any time of the year, the river is where you want to be. Nearby cities/towns include Prescott, Cardinal, Merrickville-Wolford, Ottawa, Upper Canada Village, just to name a few - which all offer basic needs such as groceries, laundromats, boutiques/malls, cinemas, skating (Ottawa Canal), fine dining and fast food, golf courses. The possibilities are endless. You can easily travel via car/taxi. No public transit. We welcome you to come relax and enjoy our space. We would ask that you leave our space the way you found it. We provide all the amenities needed to prepare meals. Even though we do not have a full kitchen at this time there is still ample space and all the tools needed to prepare all meals and cleanup your own dishes as well. Our checkin time is 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am and with covid we are needing to adhere to those times so there is ample time in between these times to provide proper in depth covid cleaning thus continuing to provide a clean safe place to stay. There is no smoking of any kind inside. We ask that you respectfully do that outside. We do not encourage pets. We have made a couple acceptions with careful consideration as we have dogs that prefer their own space. Any questions or concerns we are easily reached by phone or text.
