Private room in cosy North Wales house

We love our home and have so much extra space to share. Join us while visiting beautiful North Wales and enjoy: - private bedroom with king bed and smart 43in TV - living room with 120in projector ; we've got loads of films so just ask us for anything and we'll put it on - balcony with dining set, swing and hot tub with wonderful scenic views - dining room with a selection of board games for you to try - pets welcomed and free to join ours We will be here but mostly keep to our office/bedroom The house: - over 3 stories, entrance is at ground level which then goes upstairs and downstairs - upstairs: our bedroom, your bedroom, our office - all 3 have keypad locks and you can set your own code for your room as well as take away the keys, we want you to feel fully safe; our parrot's room is also on this level; as is as the main bathroom - which is all yours to use - ground level: living room, dining room - we don't spend much time in there but may be around; main kitchen which we also use; balcony is also on this level where the grill and hot tub are - lower level - gym and utility room - outside the lower level exits onto a patio which then goes down a level to our deck that then goes onto the garden Parking is free in front of our house there are 3 spots in total out of which we use one. Parking generally free around Holywell as well. Access through the house is through the main front door to which you'll get a copy during your visit. We're here but mostly keep to ourselves so would leave you be. Happy to join you for a board game if you wish or just sit down for a chat. Main street in quiet town. Driving mainly or walking/cycling. We have 3 dogs all friendly. And 8 parrots who are in their own room and you'll head them but just during the day. They sleep at night.
