Homely detached 3-bedroom, spacious family home with very large mature gardens within a friendly village in Pembrokeshire. Quiet location. Sleeps 6 people [7 on enquiry] Perfectly located to visit award winning beaches, spectacular Coastal Paths & many local attractions, including medieval Pembroke Castle, theme parks & zoos. Cosy ,sunny living room, conservatory and open, fully equipped kitchen diner. Private driveway for up to 3 cars. The property has a large driveway for 3 cars. There are a few steps (with handrail) from the driveway to the front door, and no stairs inside the property. There is a cosy living room with a sofa, reclining armchairs, Freeview TV and electric fireplace. The open kitchen-diner is fully stocked with cooking equipment and crockery, and has plenty of seating for all guests. It has a large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and hob. It is a generally warm and sunny bungalow. A corridor leads to the family bathroom and 3 bedrooms. At the back of the house there is a separate toilet, utility room and conservatory overlooking the large back garden. All bed linen and towels are provided. 1 bath + 1 hand towel per person is supplied. Beds are made up on arrival. You will be able to let yourself securely into the property using the key from a lockbox. I am contactable if needed for any questions or concerns. Hundleton is a friendly village with a welcoming local pub a 2 minute walk away from the house, which serves eat in or takeaway food. It has a tennis court + playing field, where cricket + football are held. A pebble shore can be reached in a 10 minutes walk, as can a nature walk through the fields with great views.. Very near to Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and a number of award winning sandy , beaches such as Freshwater West, Angle and Bosherston lily ponds, Stack Rocks, Barafundle Bay. The historic town of Pembroke is less than a 10 minute drive away and features Pembroke Castle, the birth place of King Henry VII. Many interactive events are held here + occassional music concerts. Other local attractions include Oakwood theme park, Heatherton World of Activities, including Tree Tops, Folly Farm Adventure Park & Zoo, and Manor House Wildlife Park., Dinosaur park Tenby + saundersfoot are approx a scenic 25 minutes by car over the ridgeway. Private driveway for 2/3 cars. Few minutes walk to the village Inn + restaurant , village tennis court and village playing field. local walks some joining the coast path. Coastal cruiser bus service provides thrice daily return to pembroke and some beaches. we aim to have the grass cut weekly but is also weather dependant. We are happy to discuss any questions about suitability for under 2 year olds.
