Lower level west facing walkout with patio area. Fenced in backyard. Owners live upstairs. 1 Bedroom and a separate living area that has a pull out single sofa, small futon, Microwave, small fridge and Keurig. Bathroom has walk in shower. Laundry facilities on main floor, available upon request. Off street parking. Entrance to lower level is on owners level. Seasonal separate entrance. No pets please. Space available for projects or small group get togethers. Most of lower floor. Laundry upon request. We are generally available in person or by cell phone. We try to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Elk River is on the Mississippi River and near many rivers and lakes. Elk river has many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping available. 4 miles from our house the Northstar train has an Elk River stop, and is 1/2 hour from Target field, home of the Minnesota Twins and downtown Minneapolis. Light rail connections are at the stadium to transfer to Viking Stadium, downtown St Paul, Mall of America or International airport.
