Room in beautiful Attica Flat -20min to Zh station

We have a lovely rooftop (very bright and sunny) apartment close to public transport and just a step to recreative nature. Our wonderful 70qm roof terrace provides sun all day long. Our beautiful apartment is very spacious and offers everything you need. The apartment is very calm, every room is equipped with a wooden parquet and has big windows. It has very large living room with a wooden table. You can sit there for hours and watch surrounding nature and the birds. For colder days you are welcome to use our fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped (toaster, dishwasher, juice maker, espresso/coffee machine, etc.) and we have a washing machine. Our roof terrace provides sun all day long (breakfast in the sun and sunset in the evening). We have plenty of plants grow flowers, fruits and veggies. The bedroom can be separated with a sliding door and the bed is new and very comfortably for 2 people. We can provide a bike for free and just next to the house are bike trails. Nature is just around the corner. Step out of the house and follow the river to the lake (5min via bike) and enjoy the nature (mountain view, go for a run, hike, swim or kayak around the lake. There a small cafes and farms were you can buy homegrown food. The bus station is just 2 min away and easily brings you to Bahnhof Stettbach or Bahnhof Dübendorf. From our house you are in 20 min at the Zürichsee or 25min Zürich main station.
