Great summer house, lakefront + swimming pool

Great summer place for both relaxing and active holidays at a country side for 1 or 2 families. The house is right at a lake, with great view and private swimming pool. There's a garden, garage, and two terraces. You will have the whole house only for you. Also available: boat, surf boards, some sport equipment and board games. Unique location right at the lake, with a view and a terrace, a garden and surroundings of nice hills and forrests. Everything - the whole house, 3 bathrooms, terrace, garden, garage, swimming pool, ... Little, we live 45km away and so will only come to welcome and say good bye. The village is very friendly, with little pub and a playground in the very heart of it. There's lot of young people and active people - there are often amateur tournaments in volleyball, football, tennis, rowing etc. Around 1 hour by bus from Brno. We do NOT accept people that want to come for a party. We have neighbours that are also coming to relax and have little kids.
