Villa Tiana - 3 bedrooms, pool, stunning views

This villa sleeps up to 9 people and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchen/diners, 1 large living room, several terraces with stunning views and own pool. Two apartments on different floors have A/Cs, both enjoy privacy, great views and ample living space. It is ideal for a large family or a group of friends. Situated in a peaceful hillside location, shirt drive from Igalo & Herceg Novi, it overlooks Boka Bay, open sea and the mountains. Swimming in the pool is comfortable May-October. The house comprises a two bedroom and a one bedroom apartments - both large, fully equipped and situated on separate floors with private entrances. The TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT is split over own 2 floors. The entrance hallway, 2 bedrooms (a twin & a double) and a bathroom (with shower cubicle) are on the ground floor. Kitchen-diner and a huge living room are on the upper floor and open up, via a set of French doors, to an even larger terrace (covering about 100sqm) which enjoys breathtaking views. The upper floor can be accessed via the external staircase, or internally, via stairs from the twin bedroom. The terrace is furnished with dining table & chairs, sun-loungers and a built-in BBQ. The pool has own furnished terrace, accessible from the main terrace. The living room has two convertible sofa beds, so this apartment can sleep up to 6 people. Kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The flat has a washing machine too. ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT: This large, one bedroom apartment shares the same stunning views and comprises a spacious double bedroom (a double bed plus a convertible sofa), bathroom with shower, a well equipped kitchen-diner that opens via French doors onto a large, covered terrace. This terrace is in effect an-open air living room and furnished with a sofa and coffee table & chairs. It offers fantastic views, peace and tranquility. This apartment can sleep up to 3 people (it has a double bed and two convertible sofas) . The pool is accessed via an external staircase. The house is lovely, spacious, lived-in and comfortable, offering rustic charm, green surroundings and total relaxation. It has own parking for 2 cars. Bed-linen and bathroom towels are supplied. (beach towels to be supplied by guest). There is a dishwasher and 2 washing machines in the house. The space is let as a 3 bedroom villa, to groups occupying the entire house. There is dedicated free parking, large enough for 2 cars, and free WiFi Guests can access all parts of the property. We're available if guests need assistance. Otherwise, we let them enjoy their privacy The scenic village of Zvinje is tranquil, green and popular among those seeking beautiful, natural destinations, close to contemporary amenities. Many aromatic herbs grow in the surrounding hills and the villa's garden (avena sativa, rosemary etc). Apart from natural beauty, there is a trekking path to enjoy to the top of the hill. There is a small chapel here where one can rest and enjoy the stunning view of both Montenegro and Dubrovnik Riviera, and far onto the open sea. Zvinje is a fantastic hillside location, a peaceful, green village with stunning views. It is only 10min drive away from shopping facilities and nearest beach, and is accessed via a scenic, winding road. The house is surrounded by plants and fruit trees, palms and grapevines. There is on-site parking for 2 cars. On arrival day we take a 100 euro 'damage deposit' in cash. This is returned on departure day, if there has been no damage or loss in the property during guests' stay. Local laws: it is a legal requirement in Montenegro that all guests be registered at the Tourist Office within 24 hours of their arrival, and guests over the age of 12 pay tourist 'stay tax'. The tax is 1 euros per day for each adult over the age of 18; half of that i.e. 50 cents for each young person between the ages of 12 - 18; and the children under 12 do not pay. We deal with this procedure for our guests, so they don't have to worry about it.
