Room in a stunning turn of the century apartment in one of Malmö's most prestigious addresses. Overlooking the square Drottningtorget and close to Central station & Malmö's shopping streets & restaurants. Sleep like royalty in this room and feel the old fashioned and well preserved 1900 century charm. High ceilings! 3.5 m to be more precise and fine, grand windows, which together with wooden floors gives this home a lovely character. All rooms are newly painted and fresh. Adjacent to one of the bedrooms is a spacious balcony overlooking the courtyard. This room is available for longer stay and equiped with a double bed and desk if you need a place to work or study. Along the years I have received mostly students, researchers and people doing internships in Malmö. Those guests stay normally 3--6 months which helps us to get to know each other creating a cosy environment where the guest have the chance to feel at home. Guests will have access to wifi, bed, shower, toilet and kitchen. Shared Bathroom. No access to living room. I’m often traveling for work during the week but available for questions on the phone. When I'm home I like to interact with my guests and at the same time respecting each other's needs of private time. Expect to stay in a beautiful area only a few meters from the city center, central station and the architectural trademark of Malmö you could not wish a better location to stay. The capital of Denmark Copenhagen is at your hand only 25 minutes by train. In Copenhagen you find art museums, theaters, the queens palace, Tivoli and if you want to learn more abut the vikings you can go to Roskilde and see the Viking museum there. Public transport outside the door. Central station within walking distance. OBS! Since I rent another room in the apartment NO VISITORS or overnight guests are aloud during your stay. The same rule applies for relatives and I ask you kindly to respect this rule and not ask about exceptions. The apartment is located close to Malmös central area with a vast choice of hotells in different price range for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
