Holiday House / Private Beach "KUNAC"

House is totally renovated in 2019. with a new bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. House is about 200m2 in two floors it has two separate external staircase floors equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms fully equipped, 2 kitchens inside and 1 mini outdoor, large outdoor fireplace, and Private beach with sun beds and a shower. On the second floor, we renovated all three bedrooms, bathroom, and living room. All doors and windows are replaced. House is got two floors for two separate external staircase floors equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms fully equipped, 2 kitchens inside and 1 mini outdoor, large outdoor fireplace,place for a boat dock and Private beach with sun beds and a shower ...!!! - First floor (See floor plan in my picture ) is separated apartment approx 35m2 and consists of one room with two beds connected or separated, kitchen and dining room along with a third bed, and a bathroom complete furnished ... and outdoor terrace partly approximately 25m2 under a wooden canopy covered with cones, with dining table and wicker chairs for relaxing, and in addition to outdoor garden shower is most common in the hot summer days (the first floor) - Second floor is Master floor( See floor plan in my picture) Then there are three bedrooms (two double rooms, and the third with two beds connected or separated, ,and newly renovated bathroom and new kitchen complete with dishwasher with access to the arch for outdoor dining, On the left side of the house under the stone vaults and wooden beams, where the old buy tiles there is a large dining area with large wooden handmade table and benches for approx 10-12 people and a small summer kitchen ... same with sea view .(URL HIDDEN) Inner part consists of a living room, there is a double sofa bed, with beautiful stone fireplace and shelves of stones which perfectly fit into the environment, and from that stay through glazed large three sliding wall for access to the above-described large terrace his indescribably beautiful view .. !!! There is a large terrace 30m2 with straw chairs to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the entire bay(URL HIDDEN) - With the right flank a large outdoor fireplace with a table and chairs for relaxing while preparing food, and all the intimate and covered wooden porch (pergola ) on which shade seems intertwined vines ..(URL HIDDEN) - by meThe Master floor is approx 150m(URL HIDDEN) Behind the house is a natural eco fresh vegetables that (tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, peppers, eggplant and arugula salad) that all our guests are free to pick and eat and feel the real pleasure of nature !!! - In front of the house as you would see there is our big pier width plots with small semicircular work where and shallow for children ... and the boat landing .. With his boat, Brac has a small airport, but the best in his car by ferry, daily ferry lines Split-Supetar.After that by bus, transfer or by car 14 km to get to quiet coves where is the house in the countryside with beautiful views, private beach in an atmosphere of peace, silence and the beauty of the island of Brač Exactly as much as our guest need. We are communicative. We are not intrusive ,but we are always there and available to all our guests during their stay,, advice, recommendation, transfers, excursions. Approximately 300 meters from the house, in the center of Bobovišće are two restaurants (taverns) traditional Dalmatian and two small grocery shops What this house offers is an indescribable harmony, nature, sea and tranquility, where you can enjoy the complete relaxation.
