Lake front cottage

Located on Alexander's Lake and nature conservancy near the historic town of Putnam. The property is located directly on the water with a private beach, wood and gas fire pit, private dock, and includes use of kayaks,canoe ,row boat and his and hers bikes. We also include a new weber gas grill and fishing gear. Our cottage is located on a quiet private lake, guest have full use of the property. There are no motor boats allowed on the lake which makes it ideal for kayaking sailing or floating in a tube. Guest have access to kayaks, canoe and row boat.We also have fishing gear and his and hers bikes. The property is located on a very quiet dead end road and is great for walking running or biking.The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen including all pots pans, silverware, basic spices, oils, keurig coffeemaker, microwave and toaster. We also provide coffee and creamer. There is covered outdoor grilling area with gas grill and two burner stove. The cottage has a queen size bed and futon bed. Included are all towels sheets blankets etc. There is also a outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Cable tv and wifi, and central air conditioning. Kayaks,canoe,row boat with electric trolling motor, beach, bikes, fishing gear, fire pit, gas grill. Note: use of any water craft is at your own risk, those using using craft should have experience with such craft, understand inherent risk, follow all applicable laws, and follow all safety measures including use of life jackets. Non swimming guest are not allowed use of water craft. Dock and boat pulled out on 11/1 kayaks available until 12/1 or when ice forms on the lake. Our home is near the cottage, we are available as needed Very private and quiet neighborhood, located near the end of a dead end street ideal for walking running or biking. Large sandy beach and crystal clear water just steps from the cottage. We are located about 30 minutes from 2 casinos and 5 minutes from the Town of Putnam which has many dinning and entertainment options along with a theater and many small boutique shops. outdoors shower is not available for use after 10/31 Kayaks , canoe, rowboat and dock are available for use until 11/1 or when ice forms on the lake. Indoor gas fireplace is on from 12/1 to 5/1 Two person occupancy, the property is pet free and smoke free in all areas inside and outside. No parties or events please.
