Charming Lakefront A-Frame with 4 Adult Kayaks

This charming A-Frame is your perfect lake getaway. Only a couple of blocks from the boat launch. Located on Lake Malone Great fishing and boating right off the pier. Pier to park your boat and parking for your trailer and vehicles. This Charming A-Frame is only a couple blocks from Shady Cliff Resort and boat launch Pier is shared with 101 Shady Cliff across the street. Please be respectful to each other on the pier. Follow the easement next to 101 to get to trails and natural environment behind 101. Please be respectful when passing through. The house is all yours. Use kayaks at your own risk. There are 5 to be used. 4 are rated at 225 or more, the fifth is only 90lbs. I am available if needed. Expect a little more than an hour for an in person response. Lakefront property with trail and hidden cliffs and waterfalls on the trail across the street. Secluded area. Maps to close food and fuel located in guest book. Restaurant located within 2 blocks. Guests will be provided dishwasher soap, 1 per day minimum of your stay. Hand soap dish soap 2 paper towel rolls and 6 rolls of toilet paper are provided. The guest will be responsible for any additional required.
