Fuschl, Salzkammergut: Double room with breakfast

Booking only possible with proven full corona immunization.In our old wooden farmhouse in Fuschl am See (Haus Iro) we rent this cozy room with an own entrance for two people . The room includes a bathroom and a WC. Big Austrian breakfast with homemade bread and jam is included. Fuschl am See is situated in the middle of the beautiful Salzkammergut. The house is just a few minutes away from the beach of lake Fuschl. Our house is located in a quiet private street in Fuschl am See overlooking Lake Fuschl. To the center of Fuschl is about 10 minutes and to the beach about 5 minutes by walking. A beautiful well-kept garden invites you to linger. The house is furnished in comfortably country-style. Lake Fuschl is located in the beautiful Salzkammergut. We rent a total of two double rooms and one single room. Our guests can stay in the garden and use the patio furniture, chairs, etc. We like private contact with our guests and offer them to have breakfast with us and our other guests and spend time together at the campfire. As our guests come from all over the world we have allways great communications. Absolutely quiet location. Fuschl offers beautiful scenery, wonderful sunsets, magnificent lake for swimming and boating, etc. as well as numerous well marked hiking trails. You can do hiking, nordic walking, biking or make trips in the Salzkammergut - for example, to Salzburg, Bad Ischl, St. Gilgen, Mondssee, Attersee, Altaussee, Grundlsee, Hallstatt and much more. (If necessary bicycles can be rented in Fuschl.) Even winter sports is possible: In Fuschl or Faistenau (nearby) there are many well-groomed trails. In Hintersee (15 min. by car) there is a nice area for alpine skiing. Nice restaurants near by: My favorite place is Edenbergers Café am See. Here you get the best pizzas and the most beautiful sunset overlooking Lake Fuschl. (reservation needed). The restaurant Manuel- right on the lake is also one of my favorites. Very good food, gorgeous sunset, nice ambiance. (Open daily throughout). In Fuschl we have two supermarkets, a bakery, a souvenier-shop, a bar, a bank and a touristinformation with post-office. In Fuschl we have a public bus (No. 150) which takes you to Salzburg or other nice places in Salzkammergut: Sankt Gilgen, Sankt Wolfgang, Bad Ischl, Hallstatt etc. If you are coming by bus, we can pick you up at the bus terminal in Fuschl am See. Please inform us about your arrival time. You can buy the ticket in the bus. The bus no. 150 goes every 20 - 30 min. from Salzburg train station to Fuschl. Exit: Fuschl am See Ort / Ortsmitte (bus terminal)
