The Big Red Barn

ONLY 4 PEOPLE ALLOWED (including children) Our countryside space invites you to have a quiet and relaxing experience while enjoying the pool or a drink at the bar. With space to sleep 4 people, our one-bedroom Big Red Barn is great for family getaways. The private neighborhood is safe and quiet, but close enough to the surrounding towns to lend to numerous restaurants and activities. 20 gal water heater Strict 4 guest policy No pets allowed No smoking Video walk through on IG @kassielayne The first floor of the Big Red Barn has a full bar (alcohol not included) equipped with a kitchenette, TV with DirecTV and Xbox, full bathroom, pool table (that can be converted to a ping pong table or buffet table) and seating. Just outside the front door, is a wrap around deck that surrounds a shared-space pool and overlooks 3 acres. The covered portion of the patio has a cozy seating area, an outdoor beverage hutch, and fans to keep you cool. The pool currently does not have a cover on it and it's at the liability of the renter to make sure all children and pets are safe. Upstairs, you'll enjoy a 1 bedroom apartment with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and space for pack-n-plays (one is provided). The bedroom has a comfy king size bed, television with DirecTV and Netflix, and a seating area in case you want to enjoy your morning coffee in privacy. The living room has a large, super comfortable sectional with a queen hide-a-bed. There is, also, a TV with DirecTV and Netflix! Plus, you'll find a drink station with a Keurig, small cooler and SodaStream with your favorite flavors! Our stone fire pit is available for shared use along with a traditional gas grill and flat top grill. The property is heavily monitored via security cameras. - No pets allowed. - No smoking inside or on front patio - you absolutely must go to the far side (opposite to house) of the barn to smoke. If there is any indication that smoking has taken place near or on the patio a security deposit claim will be submitted. - If guest policy is violated a security deposit claim will be submitted. You'll have access to the whole barn, shared pool and shared fire pit! Although we live on the same property, you will have the privacy that you need and want. Just North of the Big Red Barn in Alexandria which has a great park where our Annual 4H Fair is held, Rachael's Cafe that has the best service and country cooking this side of the White River, a charming flower shop, the Central Indiana Soaring Society where you can take a sailplane flight, a gorgeous little handmade soap store, and a local bar that has great chicken on Wednesday and fish on Friday. If you go South, you'll find yourself in Anderson, home of AU, where you can find a handful of local breweries, a brand new farm-to-table restaurant that has amazing brunch, and the Paramount Theater where they often host shows. 18 miles West of us is the Ball State football stadium, making The Big Red Barn a great landing pad during homecoming and fall college nights. 30 minutes to Hamilton Towne Center (shopping) 40 minutes to Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center 1 hour to downtown Indianapolis/Lucas Oil Stadium 3.5 hour drive to Chicago 7.5 miles to I-69 to Indianapolis
