The apartment is in a residential area, a couple of minutes walk to local restaurants and shops with the buzzing Playa Flamenca commercial area a 5 minutes drive or 20 minute walk away. This commercial area has a wide range of restaurants, bars and pubs. At Playa Flamenca , there is a large Saturday market which is a mile away attracting a vast variety of vendors selling local crafts, leather goods, household items and clothes. The new Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is also a mile away with an extensive range of shops and restaurants and entertainment and activities for the family. The apartment is a 5 minute drive from Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima and La Zenia beaches with several other blue flag beaches within 15 mins drive. There are 3 championship golf courses in the surrounding area Villamartin, La Finca and Las Ramblas, all within a 10 minute drive. The Spanish fishing town of Torrevieja is a 10 minutes drive away, with a lovely marina and waterfront market.
