Please note the house is offered for 1 month minimum. No short term rentals. Large 2,200 sq.ft. has ample space and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Master bedroom has a queen size bed for 2 and a private master bathroom with jacuzzi. Bedroom # 2 has 2 twin beds for two . Bedroom # 3 has a twin bed with a trundle for two. Bedroom # 4 has a large bunk bed that sleeps 2 at the bottom and 1 on the top. Additional single bed can be set up in the Master bedroom for guest # 10. On the first floor, in addition to the living room we have a large fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook and a dining room. Breakfast nook opens up into a deck with patio furniture for 4. Deck has plenty of privacy and beautiful views. Living room has Wi-Fi enabled flat screen TV. Master Bedroom has flat screen TV with Roku and one of the bedroom has a small flat screen TV with Roku and a built-in DVD player. All TVs have free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime (No Cable). Amenities include: Wi-Fi, Central Heating & A/C, washer & dryer, dishwashing machine, microwave, coffee maker, Bullet juicer and gas grill on the deck. Play pen, high chair, stroller and booster seat are available upon request. Guests have access to the entire house + deck. (There is no access to the attic and basement) I can be reached any time via phone, text or e-mail. I will meet you when you arrive to help you settle and answer any question you may have. Since we are going to be staying only a few minutes away we can stop by if you need any assistance. Metro North takes you right in the heart of the village. Only 1:15 minute train ride from New York City Grand Central Station. Once you are in Cold Spring, there is no need for a car. Everything is within a short walk: Metro North station, Main Street, river/boardwalk, shops, restaurants, cafes, kayaking, hiking, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. If you are driving, there is plenty of free parking on the street in front of the house. Seasonal Trolley Shuttle connects Cold Spring with Beacon and Garrison making many stops including parks, hiking trails, farmers market, Boscobel/Shakespeare Festival, Beacon Main Street, DIA museum, etc.
