Lovely lodge directly on ski-run 2

Lovely, cosy and calm apartment, ideal for your skiing holidays (1 minute walk to the ski lift) but also for hiking and biking during summertime. The apartment is located in Silberleiten/Hochkrimml (1.700m), which is a small, quiet and calm holiday village, mainly used in wintertime for its proximity to the ski-runs of the famous 'Zillertal-Arena' (one of the biggest skiing areas in Austria). It is about 15 minutes away from the famous ski place 'Gerlos', where you can find bars, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets etc... which belongs also to the ski area 'Zillertal Arena'. Silberleiten consists of about 25 holiday homes, which itself consits again of 6 apartments, spreaded over three floors. A typical austrian restaurant, the 'Plattenalm', ski school 'Unterwurzacher' and ski shop are also located in the village. It is a really familiar, quiet and calm atmosphere in the village, especially when it's snowing, it is simply beautiful. Our apartment is located at the last holiday house, on the left hand side. So you have to take just one stair and you are directly at the ski lift station, that brings you up the mountain. The apartment itself, consists basically of two rooms + bathroom and balcony. One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) where two adults can easily sleep in. The second room ist kitchen and living room together. When you enter the apartment you are in a very small foyer, where you can leave your jackets, shoes etc. Through another door you enter into a big hallway where on the right hand side the kitchen is located. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the stuff you need (you may use as well things like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea etc. if you want to). At the end of the hallway follows the living room with a fold out couch where another two people can sleep on, TV, a dining table and of course the tiled stove to make fire and keep the apartment warm and cosy in cold winter nights (firewood can be purchased easily in the neighbooring village 'Königsleiten' at the supermarket). In the bathroom you find a shower, toilet and a washbasin. The apartment is the ideal place to stay for your winter holidays. Through its proximity of 1 minute walking to the ski lift we are sure that all winter sport fans will be completely satisfied. It is made for 4 persons and espescially suitable for families with two children. If you want to rent skier or snowboards you can get a 10 % discount if you book in advance via internet at 'patterer'. Pls make sure that you make the reservation for Hochkrimml/Plattenalm, because the have several locations. Same procedure for ski- or snoboardteacher. You can also book via internet, this time at 'Unterwurzacher', pls book location Gerlosplatte. You'll get a 5 % discount if you pay cash. But not only in the winter time also during summertime you can use this place to just enjoy the calmness, quietness and nature around you. You have the possibilty to visit the famous 'Krimmler Waterfalls' (10 km), and various hiking and biking trails are starting in front of the door. Please note: * Arrival needs to be on Sundays due to the cleaning service (otherwise on request). * Beddings, sheets and towels are normally not going to be provided. We would kindly ask you to bring them with you (bedroom 140 x 200, foldout couch in the living room (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) ). If that is absolutely not possible, please contact us to see what we can do ;-) * No breakfast is included, however you have a kitchen where you can prepare yourself your breakfast/meals. Fresh bread you can get every morning at the restaurant 'Plattenalm'. * A set of keys will be provided upon arrival
