It's the largest private villa for holiday rentals in Bali at this price. Situated high in the mountains 2 km from the center of the famous Lovina, with it's abundance of restaurants, cafe's, bars, shops and Dolphin filled oceans, and our own river at the foot of the property. In the lower garden area is a traditional Balinese garden pavilion, complete with ceiling fan & lights - ideal for Yoga, massages, reading, etc. There are 3 main fish ponds, water features, on-site traditional Temples, Balinese local staff & Sundanese, Balinese/Indonesian & English languages spoken. All bookings are for the exclusive use of the entire property, you will not be sharing with people you do not know. The Villa can sleep up to 12 adults over the 5 rooms or more if extra beds placed in these same rooms and many children, depending on ages & sleeping locations. Terraces and pavilions surround the 18 x 5 meter infinity swimming pool. The villa has more than 600 sqm of terraces with various sitting areas. The main villa has 5 separated bedrooms, one on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor overlooking the pool, gardens & mountains, a TV/living area of 50 sq m of relaxing sitting area with games, books, play station 3, etc. The total built space is more then 800 m2 The kitchen and dining pavilion with a table of 4 meters long is over 70m2. Total of 5 separated bedrooms all with private bathrooms and on different levels over the property. Master Bedroom with 1 King size four post bed 220x220 cm total area of 65 sqm with en-suite bathroom and balcony/terrace. - 2. Poolside pavilion with 1 King size bed 200x220 cm and own terrace, extra large marble lined en-suite, couches, etc. total area with bathroom over 90 sq m - 3. Twin room 2 large beds 120x200 cm. total area with full en suite & balcony overlooking the resort & pool of more than 35 sqm. - 4. Private Garden villa with king size bed & queen bed & huge en-suite. This room is very large, over 90 sqm, and ideal family room with addition of extra mattresses by request. Also has private courtyard/terrace. -5. Located in the main building overlooking the pool & gardens with Queen bed, private en-suite, terrace/balcony with table & chairs outside. Of course all rooms have AC. 4 have ceiling fans also. Total capacity for 12+ adults & ?? children. There are 5 full time staff including on-site management couple. The staff starts there day at 07:30 till 16:00 (this is varied depending on individual guests requirements EG. dinner is requested in advance) with a break after lunch of 1 hour and there is CCTV for added security. The staff is there for the daily cleaning, food & beverage services, maintenance of rooms, pool, fish ponds and gardens. If you need more privacy, talk to the managers & we will try to accommodate your request. If requested, the staff are available to prepare meals with additional costs MEAL PLAN For all meals you can arrange with the staff and selections from our menu's with advanced notice will be at the prices on the menu's, same with beverages, etc. Vegetarian, Organic, Gluten free etc. all catered for. We have one motor scooter and can arrange more if you need. Larger motor bikes can cost up to $9usd per day We also can arrange the airport transfers. The grounds are so vast you can easily escape to your own bit of solitude if you wish. Keep in mind the Balinese people are deeply committed to their religious beliefs and there are many ceremonies and "holy days" observed throughout the year as well as daily rituals. All this adds to the cultural experience to be enjoyed in their wonderful Island paradise. There are a number of local restaurants that will pick you up & bring you back free of charge. On-site Yoga & massages easily arranged. The Villa and gardens are multilevel, this means not accessible for wheelchairs. Elderly guests particularly love the serenity of the Villa & need to manage a few steps at least. We have bar services available. Car parking is free. The infinity pool is 18 m x 5 m, 1.2 m at the shallow end & 2.7 m at the infinity end and serviced for you every day. Pool towels, toys, etc. are free. We have had many guests do scuba diving lessons in our pool. TV lounge room facilities include cards, board games, kids movies, etc. Our friendly & experienced management & staff will be more than pleased to assist with whatever they possibly can to make your vacation more memorable for all the right reasons. July to early September & December to mid January are our peak seasons, Rates are lower in other times. A growing tourist attraction is Nyepi Day & the preceding day. (16th - 18th March) Locals make large wire and paper machete statues of scary creatures and parade them through the main streets for judging, before taking them to the beach and burning the bad spirits away. Nyepi is "Silent Day" where walking, riding or driving is not permitted and night time is without any lights or noise. (we do have a permit for some minimal lighting) Worth considering, a great spectacle! The surrounding areas are of simple traditional villages, markets, etc. The Lovina town center is just 2 k's and offers beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafes, shops, and trips to see the many dolphins, go fishing with the experts and the best snorkeling and diving in the world! Further out are golf courses, Temples, waterfalls, climbing, mischievous monkeys to feed, rice paddy's and lakes a plenty to simply take in. Aaahhhh! Many of our local restaurants will pick you up and bring you home free of charge and we have their menus here for your consideration if you choose not to eat here all the time. Many of our guests hardly ever leave our place! Keep in mind we are in a tropical Island. There are some pests & we have contractors to control these as much as possible.
