Beautiful recently restored property with private swimming pool close to local amenities. The property has been interior designed to provide guests with comfortable and elegant accommodation. The accommodation comprises: Entrance into large country style kitchen with extendable dining table for up to 8 guests. Feature fireplace. All the necessary utensils and equipment including fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave. An archway leads into the living area with plenty of seating, Satelite TV. From the hallway doors lead to a covered terrace / balcony ideal for breakfast. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and the other en suite shower room. An additional suite has a double bed and and adjacent room for children with bunk beds. There is a shower room of the hallway for this suite. One of the double rooms can also be made as a twin for added flexibility if required. Down the steps from the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine. The swimming pool is finished with terracing for sun beds, dining. There is also a garden and private parking.A 5 minute drive takes you to the small historic town of Licciana Nardi with a selction of amenities including traditional shops and a few resturants.
