Beautiful and independent Tuscan house in the heart of "Crete Senesi". It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people (7 adults +1 kid) in 4 bedrooms. Immersed in the peace and privacy of a unique countryside, it offers plenty of space both indoors and outside: among others, a gorgeous terrace to enjoy the sunsets or the moonlights, a great and private courtyard and garden, as well as a patio that leads to the swimming pool. All of which, in complete exclusivity. The inside: on the first floor of the villa, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as the kitchen, the 2 living rooms and the terrace with a large dining table. On the ground floor there the 2 other bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The outside: in the courtyard, guest can enjoy a corner designed for barbecue times,, including newly installed BBQ and table and chair for dining. In the patio, there is all that you need for swimming pool time: sun beds, shade provided by the patio, chairs & table for light lunches or aperitivo. The swimming pool is perfect for kids to play and to refresh and enjoy the sun and the summer season. All around the house is the garden, with the very typical Tuscan vegetation: olives trees, cypresses, pines.. Our guests will be able to enjoy the villa in total privacy and exclusivity, including garden and pool We offer full assistance for itineraries, restaurants, public transports, daily trips, etc, both upon arrival as well as while planning your stay. And of course, during your stay, we will be available any time for any question or support needed. Located at only 16 km from Siena, in the heart of the "crete senesi''. A perfect place to go and visit the near well-known locations: Firenze, Volterra, San Giminiano, Montalcino, Montepulciano.. as well as few thermal areas: Petriolo, Rapolano, Bagno Vignoni. We advice our guest to be equipped with a car to come and visit us. We have a large parking space and with a very access to the main road. Covid update: to meet our customer needs, we will be sanitizing our house and the external equipment before the arrival of any guest. We will also provide hand and surface sanitizers, as well as courtesy masks upon request.
