Please note that this area is shared with other guests, and is not the one shown in the bedroom pictures (directly outside the window). The shared outdoor guests area is on the south east side of the property. My wife and I live on property and are available during the day to give guidance and assistance as required. This area is known for its beautiful cycling, running and walking trails. It is conveniently located 4 miles from the market towns of Godalming and Haslemere, just off the A283. Public transport is available by bus (2 kilometres away in Brook) and from the Witley train station (Portsmouth Harbour line - run by south Eastern Trains). But, the distance is 2 mile 3.6 Kilometres from the accommodation to the train station. There is absolutely no smoking within the suites or other enclosed areas of the property and all smoking areas are over 10 meters from the nearest doors or windows.
