Colourful, quirky space, close to both QMC & CITY

Chilled space close to the M1 with excellent public transport links for easy access to QMC and City Hospital. Cosy small outside space for chilling in the evening with a beer or G&T. Hosted by Sarah & Nathan Light and spacious double bedroom with a desk if you need to work. Hanging rail, chest of drawers and nest of tables with a bedside light.shared bathroom and kitchen no ensuite available. Use of the lounge, bathroom and extensively equipped kitchen - guests are welcome to cook and use any equipment they may need during their stay. The outside space is cosy and quiet and catches the evening sunshine which is ideal for al fresco dining or a glass of wine. Firepit and BBQ available. We are equally happy to socialise with guests or respect your privacy although please don't hesitate to ask if you need any help/recommendations during your stay . If we are cooking we are happy to share dinner together as we enjoy cooking . Quiet no-through road with two supermarkets at the end of the road along with fast food outlets and only a two minute walk to the local shops. Excellent public transport links with a bus stop at the end of the road and only 5 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop. Bus routes pass the City Hospital and various stops right in the heart of the city centre. Tram routes include stops at both Universities, Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham Train Station and also the city centre. On street parking with permit available if required.
