The owner lives next door 20m away and the caretaker lives 50m away, both use the same driveway. Host lives next door, available for help or directions to shops and local tourist spots. Laundry service available for a small fee. It is necessary for caretaker to attend to daily to feed the fish and check filters which can be done at a time to suit guests. Set in a secluded shady suburb at the end of a leafy cul-de-sac, with a large park nearby this beautiful estate is a peaceful retreat just 3km from Wanneroo Central with doctors, chemists, supermarkets, and Kmart.
