The Loft Escape

Cozy up during your next trip to southern New Hampshire!! The Loft is a combination of elegance and comfort in so many ways from the walls of windows that flood the space with light and offer spectacular views of conservation land and a distant golf course to the spacious backyard that is perfect for a peaceful escape. The Loft is a short drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains. The Loft boasts spectacular views through its walls of windows, a charming cherry and granite kitchen, smart TVs, plenty of comfy couches and armchairs, new mattresses, weighted blankets for a peaceful rest, a giant Lovesac© pillow rocker, desk and printer, and a spacious backyard with a hot tub, fire table, firepit, and swingset for families. Hot tub hours are 10am-8pm and is reservation only. We will provide the reservation link after booking. Outside must be quiet after 8pm. Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property without express permission before arrival from the host. Through a private side entrance up one flight of wide stairs, this space overlooks a spacious, landscaped backyard, conservation land and a distant golf course. Watching the weather roll in across the fields from this perch and the array of birds that visit the nearby feeders is a favorite pastime. Also, we are engaging aggressive cleaning and disinfecting measures including ozone treatment in between guests per recommendation of an IAQ specialist. Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property without express permission before arrival from the host. Outside must be quiet after 10pm. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED! This bright and airy, open concept apartment has everything you need for your stay. There are two-bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with a dining/living area with a sunroom/sitting area. There are two couches, one with a pullout mattress and memory foam topper. Both bedrooms are quite large. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin-size beds both with additional twin trundles. Each bedroom and the main room have individual heating and air conditioning controls for your comfort. The bathroom has a tub/shower with strong water pressure and a stack able washer/dryer. The kitchen is completely new and modern and has all of the appliances you could need for your stay. There is off-street parking for 2-3 cars as well as on street parking and a public lot within a couple blocks. Please note that the Loft is part of a building with two other apartments, one in which the owner lives and another Airbnb studio apartment. Is the Loft booked for the time you need? Take advantage of the same quality stay as the Loft 2 miles away at one of our new lakehouses in Derry: lakehousebungalow and lakehouselookout Guests will have sole access to the Loft apartment and shared use of the backyard with hot tub, sitting areas, fire pits, and swing set. Our desire is to meet our guests in person, but the space is designed for easy access if this is not possible. We provide our guests with our cell number and will do our best to answer questions, give recommendations for the area, and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Within walking distance, the quaint main street has plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops, wine and cheese shop, antique and thrift stores, convenient store, ice cream stand, a public Library with a park, and a country club with a 9 hole golf course. In the summer, there are weekly free concerts in the park and a farmer’s market. In the winter, the backyard is the entrance to a snowshoeing or cross-country skiing adventure and not far from New England skiing and ice fishing. Most of the things you need are within walking distance. However, Lyft and Uber also effectively service our area. There are two other apartments in this building, one for the owner and his family and another Airbnb studio apartment. If a group needs more space than the Loft, the studio is a great way to accommodate more people since both share an interior entry.
