Garden Cottage, Wortley

A small private cottage set in the garden of a family country home with beautiful views. The house comprises of a spacious bedroom (superking bed which can be made into two singles), modern ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower and a room next door which has a fridge, basin, toaster mini oven, hob, microwave and tea and coffee facilities. The house is just metres from the famous Cotswold Way and is a two min drive from the historic town of Wotton-Under-Edge, 15 mins from Tetbury. Guests are welcome to walk around the beautiful garden, which is normally only open to the public once a year via the NGS. The cottage backs onto a fruit filled orchard where guests can sit and enjoy the nice weather. For weekend bookings, You can check in any time on a Friday but access to the kitchenette is NOT available until 5.30pm as it is in a home office. The guests can have access to our 25 acre garden I am usually available in person and always by text email or telephone We are very near Wotton under Edge which has very good shops including greengrocer and supermarket and an excellent farm shop with a restaurant. There are three pubs which you can eat in. Tetbury,which is very close is great for restaurants and antique shops. The cottage is right on the Cotswold Way and so there are numerous walks on the doorstep. The cottage is approximately 30-45 minutes from the cities or Bath, Bristol and Cheltenham and about 15 minutes from the old town of Tetbury, famous for antique shops and the Highgrove shop.
