First class basement apartment in calm area

Welcome to our basement apartment! We are a family of four, Filippa, Mikael and our two children Ingrid and Ivar, living in a detached house in Lund. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our new and comfortable apartment located in the basement. The 45 m2 apartment comprises a bedroom, a living room, a pantry and a bath room with shower. There are two comfortable beds in the bedroom. We have an extra bed (193 cm) that can be placed in the bedroom or in an alcove. It is also possible to sleep in the sofa in the livingroom (but that room is not so dark). Linen and towels are included. The beds are made upon your arrival. Access to washing machine on request. The pantry is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. Coffee and tea is included in the price. Free parking in the street outside the house. We are always happy to answer any questions about your stay in Lund. We can give directions and suggest places to visit. The apartment is private and has a separate entrance. We live at first floor. During weekends and school holidays we spend a lot of time at home, but most days we are at work or at school between 8 am and 16 pm. We live in a calm residential area in eastern Lund, close to the Ideon Science Park and the Faculty of Engineering LTH. There is a supermarket "Ica Tuna" and a pizzeria within walking distance. Bus line nr 6 (200 m) 10 min busride to down-town Lund. The Ideon Science Park and the Faculty of Engineering LTH are within walking distance. Outside the supermarket Ica Tuna there are bikes for rent.
