Pips Place: 2 bedroom home in McDowall

This property is a self contains home on our property. Foxtel is included and tea and coffee facilities are available. It is located within 300 meters of public transport. Within 2km are neighbourhood shopping centres and within 5km is Chermside the largest shopping centre on the north side of Brisbane. The accommodation is self contained. Guests have access to the pool, and has a great front area that is private and is great for kids and games. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer in the shed in front of the house. Access to the pool, washing line, driveway and WiFi. Although I work full time, I try to get to the house and visit all the guests to make sure that everything is ok and let people know where the local shops are. Happy to take someone to the shops if they need to go. I love to visit my guests, we have had some really lovely interesting guests. We are a family oriented area. Close to public transport, shops and attractions that Brisbane has to offer. Only an hour away from both the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. We have bikes available if guests would like to use them - public transport close by. Parking is on site and is free - plenty of room for a car or 2! The extra charge is for extra adults staying. If there are children under 16 staying please let me know and I will take out the extra fees. We love to have families staying with us.
