The main bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has one small double and one single bed. The third bedroom has two bunk beds. The bathroom is upstairs. It has a sink unit, a toilet, and a shower over a bath. Heating is provided by gas central heating which will ensure a cosy stay at any time of year. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine as well as a Rayburn. There are plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils. The kitchen table can seat 4-6. The large living room has ample comfortable seating, perfect for chilling out or watching TV. Smart freesat box with Netflix and other subscription services accessible (with your own account). The dining room has a large table with seating for 6 (or 10 if extended). The back door opens out to an extensive private garden. Garden furniture and a bbq are available. Guest have exclusive use of the house and garden. Located in the Cairngorm National park and just 12 miles from Aviemore, Kingussie is a self-contained Highland village with all amenities including paper shop, supermarket, bars, restaurants and cafés in easy walking distance from the house. There are a number of great walks and attractions nearby and its central location makes it ideal for daytrips across the highlands. Close to the Highland Folk Museum, Highland Wildlife Park and Cairngorm ski resort. Easy road access via the A9 Perth-Inverness. Train and bus links direct to London, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness. We hope that you enjoy the house as much as we do and ask that you leave it in the condition you found it. Strictly no smoking indoors. We request a security deposit of £150. Well-behaved pets are allowed by arrangement in the downstairs rooms. There is one dedicated parking space in the driveway and ample additional on-street parking.
