itti Barry is a beach access Villa located in Mammee Bay Estate, Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The Villa is excellent for hosting family vacations, groups of friends, and corporate guests. Our cleaning protocol has been inspected and approved by the Ministry of Health and is listed as "COVID-19 Protocol Compliant Approved". We are also "Committed to Clean" per the Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol. The Amenities include linens, towels, beach towels, and a housekeeper to care for your cleaning needs. At itti Barry Villa, providing our guests with a clean environment is an integral part of our service. Our Villa is thoroughly cleaned before and after each guest stays, including steam cleaning all mattresses and carpeting. Additionally, our house manager is specially trained to provide daily cleaning through your stay. We also apologize if you still smell bleach. We sanitize all surfaces to help protect you during these unusual times. We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check-in and during your stay. . There are four bedrooms; Room 1: Chantilly- Lace is a master-sized bedroom. It has a king-sized platform bed, with a wall-length reach-in closet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a cosmetic table. It also has, wall mounted air condition, fans, and cable television. The room has its exit door to the pool for your morning or evening cooling time and a lounge area for quiet reading or computer work. Room 2: Kiwi Green is a master-sized bedroom with a king-sized canopy bed for a full or partial enclosure. In the bedroom is an ensuite bathroom, with a walk-in shower, wall-mounted air-condition, fan, and cable television. It also contains a couch for lounge seating and reading materials. Room 3: Bancroft White is a small bedroom with two twin-sized beds. It's great for sleeping two people or can be joined to make one bed. It has a bathroom, and wall-mounted air condition, fans, cable television, and a wall closet. Room 4: Forever Lilac is a queen-sized bedroom in a separate suite off the living room. It has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and wall-mounted air-conditioner, fan, and cable television. There is no wall closet in this room, but a large chest of draws for your storage. Our Concierge Team will facilitate your needs for the stay from the point of your reservation. They will provide you with check-in options depending on your time of arrival. They will other there to check you out and finalize your bill and any additional charge. They are also available to arrange your meal choices, tours, spas, etc., and will be your local contact during your stay. The Kitchen has everything you need to cook the most substantial meals. -A chef who will allow you to participate in the food preparation or will enable you to relax on your vacation. -plenty of pot/pan/platters for large meals -serving utensils -cutlery/dishes/coffee mugs/teas cups -small appliances include a coffee maker/blender/food processor -almost any condiments needed salt, peppers, spices, etc. The living area is an open concept that includes an entrance foyer, living room with lounge seating, cable television, and high-speed internet. The dining area has eight table seating and a fully stocked kitchen with a five-burner stove and gas oven. Three massive Haiku fans hang overhead to provide comfort for the tropical weather. The bookcase contains novels, including Jamaican folklores and family games. The swimming pool is located at the front of the home and is four feet deep, comfortable to accommodate, daytime swimming for your day-off from the beach or evening cooling for adults and children. The Cabana is perfect for enjoying the Caribbean Sea breeze. The Verandah provides seating to enjoy the cool breeze from the Caribbean Sea, and a morning breakfast to enjoy your fresh poured-over Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee or tea of your choice. “Afternoon Tea” reflects our Jamaican hospitality and is served complimentary, once during your seven days stay with us. AIRPORT TRANSFERS Airport transportation can be arranged through our partnership with Best Jamaica.  Contact information will be provided in the travel email which is forthcoming. Remember to look for their "welcome booth" at the airport.   Your driver will personally meet and greet you, transfer you to itti Barry Villa, and will return you to the airport at the end of your stay. Please be aware that you will hear crying children and barking dogs as part of the neighborhood. . The Estate is a 24 hours security gated community with nightly patrols. The Villa is located close to world-famous island attractions, such as Dunn's River Fall, Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountain (for bobsledding and zip lining), White River rafting, Blue Hole, and Bob Marley's Mausoleum at Nine Mile. Having your own private driver and his transportation services are often one of the most memorable experiences for your villa vacation in Jamaica! They know Jamaica best! Most of our villa guests have found that the van package with dedicated private driver provides the most economical and convenient way to tour Jamaica. Your driver will personally meet and greet you at the Montego Bay Airport. Jamaica is still a “bartering” culture, but who wants to barter on vacation. Pre-plan our transportation package before you arrive. All Guests staying at the Villa are required to provide 2 weeks ahead of check-in, photos of government issues identification. for each person staying there. Local guests visiting during your stay, or vacationing with your group, are required to provide photos of government issues identification, in order to be approved for entry to the Mammee Bay Estate and stay at the villa. For local guests, license plates and motor vehicle registration are to be provided for the vehicle to be allowed permission to access the Estate.
