Charming cycling/walking spot in idyllic village

Underriver known as the “golden valley” is a small hamlet 2 miles from Sevenoaks and 35 minutes train ride to central London stations. We are in the heart of the hamlet opposite the church and a beautiful country pub that serves delicious local food and ales. The suite overlooks the garden and orchard. In and around Underriver are beautiful country walks and cycle rides which we can help you with. Underriver is a quite and peaceful hamlet in the garden of Kent only minutes away from Sevenoaks by car and London by train. We are about 50 minutes from Eurotunnel and an hour from Dover & Folkestone. We are very happy to help you with getting to know the area and if riding one of the many cycling sportives could provide bike storage for free and early breakfast for challenging walk/ ride at additional cost at weekends. Underriver is set at the foot of Carter’s Hill in the tranquil and beautiful Garden of Kent. Well served by 2 local stations Hildenborough (2.1 miles) & Sevenoaks (2.9miles), London is only 28-34 minutes away and Royal Tunbridge Wells only 20 minutes away. The best way to get around is by car or to use Underriver as a base for walks, cycles or horse riding. The annexe is separate from the main house and above the garage with beautiful views over the garden. There is a fridge on the ground floor of the annexe which you are welcome to use to keep things fresh. The TV is powered by Amazon Firestick which gives you access to Netflix and catch up TV such as BBC iPlayer etc. We do occasionally need to access the ground floor but are respectful of your privacy.
