The home is fully furnished and provides all of the comforts of home including linens, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker and more. The beach house is located on the southern shore of Van Etten lake where you will get to enjoy gorgeous full views of the lake and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Relax on the deck, pull up a chair to the water, swim or fish in the the 1320 acre all sports lake. Use one of the 4 kayaks provided for exploration around the lake. Roast S'mores on the beach after getting a fire going in the fire pit (firewood not included). -50 ft dock for your own boat or you can rent a 22 ft Surfside Pontoon for an additional cost from the property manager. -Surf the sky on a flyboard when you book a flight with Hi-Flying Watersports, located onsite. Property owner lives on property in separate home adjacent to beach house and is available if needed. Located close to many outdoor activities; Tubing/kayaking/canoeing on the Au Sable River, hiking in the Huron National Forest, take a riverboat cruise on the Au Sable. Many restaurants in the area. Both Fast Food and Fine Dining. Movie Theater, Bowling Alley, Micro Brewery, Canoe and Boat Rentals in the area. Charter Fishing, Golfing, Tubing, Public Beach on Lake Huron. The property is located near the railway and a train does pass by. We don’t have a schedule for the train so we cannot tell you the times it goes by. It passes by different days and times.
