Beautiful cottage just 4 miles from Forfar and Kirriemuir, within the grounds of an old farm house with lovely gardens and open space to enjoy. Light and airy flexible social space with large open plan lounge and kitchen and cosy wood burning stove. 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. Very quiet location with beautiful walks outside the front door and garden area with picnic seating. Set back from the road.... peaceful so you will get a good nights sleep! Parking for 2 cars The entire cottage and allocated grass garden area We are available to contact any time but will respect guest privacy The cottage was the original smithy and was converted into a 2 bedroom cottage five years ago. It is very quiet and sits 15 meters from the main house. The back of the cottage face the main house so not intrusive To guests. You will need a car to get around. However local taxis are available. Beautiful walks and close to the River Esk. The cottage is situated along a private track off the main road. Ideal for country pursuits including walking, cycling and country sports
