Clean airy bright light with amazing ocean and Mountain View’s You will have exclusive use of the Property This is the main house on the property and when rented for 4 people the Romantic Hilltop Hideaway is included Full access of property I am available by phone, text or messages Private drive with no outlet makes for a very quiet secluded space The home is open and clean The view is breathtaking Private car County required agreements: The maximum number of guests allowed per bedroom are 2 and must be 18years old. Maximum number of vehicles is one. Limitations on noise are - Quiet hours 10pm to 8am NO pets on property Weddings, outdoor parties, or similar activities are prohibited. Trash management means that garbage must be kept in closed containers. Prohibition on illegal behavior including an explicit prohibition of any fireworks Emergency evacuation instructions are to leave through door or push out window behind bed. NO cooking in bathroom or bedroom. So....Otherwise... Relax and enjoy the sound of silence and nature Or Fun to satellite around the area and return back to this retreat to regroup and explore again
