This airy 2 bedroom flat is a stone's throw away from the Thames, located in the hub of Limehouse in East London. It has fantastic transport links, located in a prime spot for easy access to the city. The flat has a modern open plan living area with a kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Perfect for up to four guests looking to be close to Canary Wharf for business, or visiting to enjoy the busy neighbouring areas. The DLR opposite has links into Central London via Bus and Train. PLEASE NOTE: Time and attention has been paid to DEEP CLEANING, this apartment; Cutlery, hard surfaces and furnishings have been throughly either dry cleaned, washed at 90 degrees and disinfected. The apartment is functional, compact and accommodates the need of any Guest. An open plan livingroom/kitchen, Bathroom/toilet and two double bedrooms. A combination of Carpeted bedrooms, Wooden lamated flooring for the main living space and lino flooring for the bathroom and kitchen. Brief outline of the Apartment: The Docklands Light Railway (DLR) runs to the early hours am, Just one minute away from Limehouse Station, connected to Network South East, British Rail and various underground/over head stations. Thirty minutes away from Westfield Shopping Mall/Centre Stratford, The Olympic Village, Ten minutes away from Canary Wharf/ Business-shopping district, Tower Bridge, Fifteen minutes away London Bridge, a bus route that runs directly into the heart of London with shops and local aminities nearby, ranging from inexpensive Barber's/Hairdressers to food shopping and a dinning experience that suits every budget. There is a communal area/seated garden that Guest's can freely access. I am avaliable at check in to answer all questions and to instruct on Cooker, Washing machine and Boiler/heating operation. I can be contacted by telephone and attend the property within two hours and fully flexible. There is also a Consiarge/Security service on site from 12.00 noon to 1.00 am who is avaliable to assist you with information. The local neighbourhood is surround with small local amenity of shops, major supermarkets: Tesco, Sainsburys and Asda. Westfield Stratford, Surrey Quays and Chanary Wharf shopping centres are all within fifteen minutes travelling time. The O2 Arena, Emirates Air Line cable car, London City Airport, Excel Exhibition Centre and Central London are within ten minutes travelling time. All major bus routes outside the flat go into Central London, North, East, South and West regions. There is also access to the DLR and over ground transportation train network. If you would like the cleaning carried out for you there is a charge of Β£50.00 per session. There is a communal chute on the balcony for rubbish disposal.
