The Riverside house is tucked away in upstate Ny in the Village of Lyons Falls, it is conveniently located next to our beautiful village park, which has a wonderful playground, a track to walk or run and even a tennis court. The house is also across the street from the boat launch and snowmobile trail system. Lyons Falls and the surrounding area has a lot to offer as far as hiking, biking, waterfalls, ATVing, skiing and don’t forget snowmobiling!! We hope you come experience Our beautiful area. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen, separate dining room and comfortable living room, there is also the front and back porch seating for your morning coffee or your evening beverage. We do provide you with board games and Roku Tv with Netflix. I can’t forget to mention that there is your own spacious driveway and carport that will comfortably fit a snowmobile trailer. Riverside House is a 2 unit home, each side has their own driveway and carport to use with a shared back yard space with a fire pit. I am available at anytime, we live locally so if you ever have a question I am quick to answer. If you are stumped for things to do I will provide you with plenty of options. The house is located in a Residential neighborhood in the village of Lyons Falls, you are right next to the park where there is a farmer’s market on Tuesday’s in the summer months, the river is across the street where you can launch a boat or a kayak and we can’t forget the easy access to the snowmobile trail system. The Riverside house is in town on a residential street. You can walk, ride bike, snowmobile or take your vehicle to the local restaurants, Stewart’s gas station or Dollar General. Since our house was built in the early 1900’s it does have the old stairs, I just think people used to have smaller feet that lead to the smaller stairs. So please be careful!
