Situated only a short drive to Tocal, Mindaribba, Wallalong House, Albion Farm Gardens and All Saints Woodville which couples view as some of the best wedding venues in the Hunter. We are 10 mins to the historical village of Morpeth and 10 mins to Maitland. Bring the whole family for a holiday or perfect for a group of friends attending a wedding. Features reliable NBN WiFi, ducted air-conditioning with individual temperature control for each bedroom and ceiling fans in bedrooms. The space is a 5 bedroom house sleeping 12 people. There is 1 King bed, 3 queen beds and 2 singles as well as queen sofa bed in the living area. The main bedroom has a large ensuite and there is a main bathroom with bath and the toilet is separate. Both bathrooms have a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are 2 large lounge rooms each with a smart TV and FREE Netflix. There is a 3rd living area near the kitchen and dining area. A full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich press and much more. Tea, coffee, milk and cold water are all provided for your convenience. Enjoy a bottle of boutique Hunter Valley wine on us. Kids are welcome and for babies we have high chairs and portacot (please request). Games, DVD’s and books are available. Relax outdoors with alfresco lounge, huge outdoor table setting and a BBQ. The outdoor area is complete with an 8 person Hot Tub. Plenty of free parking. We have a key-lock box at front door. Bolwarra Heights is a quiet rural neighbourhood with stunning big skies. We are only an 10 minute drive to Maitland which hosts Steamfest, Riverlights Multicultural Festival, Aroma Coffee and Chocolate festival, Bitter and Twisted Boutique Beer Festival, Taste food and wine festival and Groovin the Moo. We are only 6 kms to heritage listed town of Morpeth with its delightful cafes, pubs and artists. We are 7 mins to Mindaribba House, 9 mins to Tocal for the Tocal field days and homestead, 12 mins to Wallalong House, 10 mins to Albion Farm Gardens and 8 mins to All Saints Woodville. A perfect location for wedding guests. The area is serviced by Uber and Taxis. We are serviced by Ubers and Taxi’s. There are local buses into Maitland and to the railway station. There are regular trains from Maitland and East Maitland into Newcastle which is now serviced by light rail to the city, restaurants, theatre and beach. For all my beautiful guests who have stayed in my apartment just wanted to let you know this is the same house but I am now offering the entire house and garden. For all my new guests just wanted to let you know that for two yrs I have hosted the front of the house only so some of the reviews might seem alittle odd as they refer to a smaller apartment. We now offer a full kitchen, garden and 5 bedrooms.
