Cosy terrace house in Worksop town centre
Cosy cottage style, middle 2 up 2 down terrace in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood only 5 minutes walk from Worksop town centre and amenities. Front door opens onto an open plan downstairs living area. Living area includes dining table, 3 seater sofa and chair with wall mounted flat screen tv. There are a selection of DVDs, games, toys and books in the cupboards available for use. Fully equipped kitchen area with Philips Senseo coffee machine. I provide milk so you can have a cup of tea on arrival without worrying about finding a shop! Basic condiments (ketchup, brown sauce etc..) are also available for you to use. Downstairs bathroom with bath, walk in shower, sink and toilet. Small galley conservatory out of the back door with toaster, microwave, washing machine and utility area. Shared flight of steps leading up to the back garden with small decking area and outdoor seating. Upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a demi four poster bed, sliding mirrored wardrobe and wall mounted television with free view. There is plenty of room for a travel cot (please note i don't supply one you would have to bring your own). The smaller second bedroom has a full size single bed. I do have an extra jay-bed which can be made up in the second bedroom if required. Wi-Fi readily available throughout the house. Full house, shared stairs and path to rear garden. Can be available 24 hours for questions, contact and any problems. The house is situated on a quiet residential street only a 5 minute walk from the top of Worksop town centre. 3 traditional local pubs within 1 minutes walk while livelier town centre pubs 5 to 10 minutes. Plenty of varied places to eat close by and 6 screened Savoy Cinema 3 minutes walk around the corner. Clumber Park is only a 10 minute drive up the road with Sherwood Forest, The Major Oak and Rufford Country Park only 20-25 minutes away. Perfectly located for students of Welbeck's School of Artisan Food with it being only 5 miles away and a simple 10 minute drive. Parking for 2 cars is available at the rear of the house down a small narrow lane in a private parking bay. This is not suitable for large cars due to navigating the narrow lane but perfectly suitable for the average saloon style car. Alternatively parking for one car is allowed outside the front of the house on the street but guests MUST place a residential parking permit in the window screen as we have very keen traffic wardens on patrol! (owners personal permit will be available to use) Grill inside the oven is not working but fan oven function still in working order and a toaster is available in the conservatory.
