This stunning 4 bed victorian terrace has a large bespoke kitchen, a wood burner, brand new loft convention and shower room, rear garden & free on street parking. Free WIFI, Disney Plus and Netflix. Powderham road is close to the local shops and cafes. It's within walking distance of Exeter city centre & the historical Quay where you can find an array of shops bars and restaurants. Well connected by train, bus and roads. Only a few mins drive from the M5 and A30 . * Check in 17:00- 22:00 * Check out 09:00 *Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels low, especially between 10PM and 8AM. *For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee. *Extra guest £10 per person/ per night *Well behaved pets welcome upon request. *Pet charge £10 per pet / per night- this charge covers the cost of extra wear and tear and cleaning of the property. It does not cover the cost of damage caused to the property or garden by pets. We require completion of our reservation form which includes agreement to our T&Cs, provision of government issued photo ID and a card pre-authorisation of £250 for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. We will not charge an amount from the £250, unless upon checkout there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. Guest have access to the whole house. The garden shed will be locked for the owners use and some store cupboards in the property will also be locked This new property to the Nomi Homes collection will be set up to the same standard as our other properties. We aim to provide a stylish, cosy space you can make your self at home in. Guest can check in them selves via key box. The code is sent one hour prior to arrival. Fresh, clean white linen is provided by The Laundry Team ltd and one towel per person. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Range stove, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is large enough to see 9 people around the dining room table. We provide, washing up liquid, hand wash, a couple of loo rolls, 1 x kitchen roll, a few dishwasher tables and bin liners to help you with the beginning of your stay. Disney Plus and Netflix as well as super fast WIFI is also provided free of charge. Powderham road is situated in St Thomas a suburb central to the heart of Exeter. St Thomas is very well connected but bus and train. Powderham road is close to the local shops and cafes. It's within walking distance of Exeter city centre & the historical Quay where you can find an array of shops bars and restaurants. Well connected by train, bus and roads. Only a few mins drive to reach the A30 and M5. At Powderham Road you'll find free on street parking. Powderham road is situated in St Thomas a suburb central to the heart of Exeter. St Thomas is very well connected but bus and train. You can also take a short walk into town which is only 1 mile from the high street and 0.8 miles flat walk to the quay. Powderham road has free on street parking which excellent considering how close to the centre of town you are . The closest beach is exmouth about 30 mins drive along the estury. Any late check outs are chargeable at our discretion. PLEASE NOTE: When arriving at the property we do NOT allow early bag drops off, if you drop your bags off early the cleaner will not clean the property as we cannot be in the property with your belongings. If anybody has to attend the property throughout your stay for any reason we will have to make sure someone from your party is on the property unless an absolute emergency.
