This house is ideal for families attending weddings at Mitchellston and Murchision as well as weekends away with the girls and families holidaying in Nagambie. The house is set up for six to eight guests. It has four rooms, 3 Queen sized beds and two king sized singles in the fourth bedroom. It is centrally located and close to all facilities, VLine, hotels, cafes and the lake. It has a large backyard which is a safe and secure area for children and animals. There is a two car secure garage The unique feature of this house is its location, It's is walking distance to all key amenities. For a meal, both pubs are okay however for the family I would suggest the Rowing Club located in the main street opposite the pedestrian lights, Guests can access the whole house. The only exception is the shed at the rear of the garden. If there is a problem just call Bill or Gaye on their mobiles. The VLine is in walking distance. Pubs and cafes are a five minute walk as is the bakery. A feature of the town is the Brewery located opposite the Pedestrian lights and the boardwalk which is being extended soon and will permit an enjoyable walk around the lake shore. The terrific thing about our house is that for most people you can walk to most destinations. Park the car in the garage and enjoy the environment and all that Nagambie has to offer. We do not charge a cleaning fee with the expectation that guests will clean up after themselves. This incudes placing all rubbish in the bins located in the garage. Wet towels go into the laundry basket There is no need to strip beds, we will take care of it
